Very good guided practice that I dont have to keep looking at my phone to follow. I have IT band issues and have wanted a tailored yoga program to keep limber and healthy while pushing myself on the run. Well done app and worth all the money I have spent on other yoga apps.
I do this sequence pre and post run, and have eliminated my problems. Nice, simple, program, good stretch. Like that you can set the volume or the speed of the program. Also great to take on the road. I keep buying more of her apps.
Im a runner who has tried to incorporate yoga into my training before. It has never stuck. Ive used this app 4 times this week, its a perfect way to learn and I think it will stick.

Some bad moments

Must have had friends giving reviews. This is not "amazing" it is just still pics and sound.
Ive reloaded this app twice and it still freezes. The instructions are easy to follow, but its very low tech.
I looked a long time before I found exactly what I wanted, yoga stretches for pre-run and post-run....I was ecstatic it existed and theres so much more offered on the app. It was user friendly and moved through the poses seamlessly. I felt much more Limber fir my run and relaxed afterward. I highly recommend it!
The sequences in this app have greatly alleviated my soreness after running. My hips feel open, my hamstrings stretched, and my mind cleared. The instructions are clear and precise with options for different intensity levels in the stretches. This app has been well worth the money!
Will not download... iTunes says that part of the file is corrupted
This app helps me stretch so much more efficiently! I use it every time I run, the 14 min pre, 16 min post stretch routines hit all the muscles runners use.
