Simple and Convenient

Easy to follow, nice variety and no technical problems on iPhone. I always do post-run sequence and find it covers my usual stretching and helps transition from running to calm appreciation of my accomplishment.

Effective

Simple and straightforward. The sequences are well explained and the narration is clear. Does what it says and its motivated me to stretch well before and after my runs. Recommended!

Pics are good but no sound

After about two uses the sound stopped working. Emailed company but no response. I still use the pictures which are helpful.

One of the best apps for yoga for runners. No issues with it running. Like the sequence part.

Good pre and post routines

But sound stopped working after doing just ONE routine!

Surprisingly good

I was pleasantly surprised about this app. Theres not a lot to it but what is there is exceptional. The pre-run and post run routines are exactly what I need to prevent injury. Whats amazing is with her sequences my heels can touchThe floor" downward dog." When I do traditionally go get that doesnt usually happen.
